Deliveries are by courier or Royal Mail. I do my best to fulfill orders within 48 hours of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but sometimes time is my enemy.....or low stock...but I will let you know if there will be a significant delay. Thank you for being patient.

UK delivery charges

  • All orders will be sent using a courier service or by Royal Mail. Charges start at £5.00

  • FREE delivery within 15 miles of Purple Nanny Abbotsbury Dorset (please contact me by email for your order if you would like to take advantage of the FREE home delivery service)


Unfortunately, Purple Nanny does not deliver overseas or to the following post codes due to high courier costs

The packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. Purple Nanny reuses cardboard boxes to send out orders where possible, and protects your precious cargo with a mix of biodegradable corn pellets and recyclable paper as well as reusing packing from delivered stock.

Each item is picked and packed by hand by Purple Nanny from the Purple Nanny shop in Abbotsbury Dorset.



Our Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you aren’t, I offer a 14-day refund guarantee on any unused or faulty products.

Just get in touch within 14 days and I will happily refund your items.

Lost parcels.
Purple Nanny uses tracking on most deliveries.

Any parcel lost due to a failure of delivery is the responsibility of the courier service and it is the responsibility of the buyer (you) to claim any losses.



Will my postage be refunded?

Purple Nanny will happily refund your postage if your item is faulty or not as described.
